We're thrilled to announce that we've signed up to the Buy Social Pledge with Social Enterprise Scotland! This values-driven initiative encourages us to integrate social enterprise into our supply chains.

By signing the pledge, we're committed to five core actions:

Recognise Fair Work for All: Champion fair work principles, including prioritising Real Living Wages, narrowing the gender pay gap, promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.

Environmental Impact for a Sustainable Tomorrow: Adopt and implement net-zero policies to mitigate our environmental impact.

Support Social Enterprises: Actively onboard and promote social enterprises within our supply chains, fostering an ecosystem that nurtures and supports these organisations.

Measure Positive Impact: Commit to transparency and accountability by reporting our annual spending with social enterprise.

Promote Inclusive Economic Growth: Use our business operations as a catalyst for positive change, contributing to inclusive economic development within communities.

Jamie Lawson, Strategic Partnerships & Engagement Manager at Social Enterprise Scotland, recently visited the office to discuss what this would mean for us, and how it might strengthen and build new relationships within our surrounding community.
