Craigmillar Town Centre Masterplan

We were commissioned by PARC Craigmillar to review and revise an existing masterplan for the Craigmillar Town Centre following the economic downturn.

We developed proposals with the local community, prospective retail / commercial occupiers and stakeholders including, CEC children and families, neighbourhood hub and planning and transportation.

The updated masterplan comprises key elements as envisaged by the previous masterplan in 2008 but at the capacity and scale that meets the market and the occupiers requirements.
